Complete migraine cure through re-living a past-life head injury
Background - “When I was a child, I'd have migraines twice a week that were extremely intense. It always felt like I had been punched in the head. I would often leave school early that I missed quite a lot of classes. Doctors told me it all down to stress. I was sent for scans but they all came back clear. I was told I would grow out of them but that never happened and I was beginning to think they would continue forever, that is till I tried Past Life Regression.
The only advice the doctors told me was to get plenty of fresh air, drink enough water and to avoid stress. The pills I was prescribed always knocked me out cold that the only option was to sleep in a dark room. It was the norm for me to cancel that day out as I knew I couldn't go out, talk to people or do anything strenuous. They made me feel numb and really affected my quality of life.
In recent years I'd have at least one major migraine a week plus regular headaches every other day. Having migraines is a huge limitation as some days I can't drive, socialise, go to work or even be there for my family. I just have to take to my bed for the day. Apart from the feeling on being punched in the head, I would get eye strain, nausea and just a overall feeling of not being able to move.”
The Regression -“I had heard that past-life regression could possibly help so thought I'd give it a try. I was sceptical but had nothing to lose. Before I knew it, Nicolas' soothing voice was taking me into a deeply relaxed state of mind. The next thing I could see myself as a young 7-year-old girl in a simple background, I lived with my mum and young sister in the Caribbean during the early 1900s in a wooden hut near a beach.
My father had died and being the older child I was often the one left to do the chores while my mother looked after the baby. One afternoon I was out collecting coconuts by the beach when suddenly 'thud' one fell on my head from the tree above. The pain was unbearable as I fell onto the floor unconscious. Next thing I know I felt stone cold and was dead. It was all over. The Regression was so vivid and the pain felt so real and familiar. It was interesting that the pain in the past-life was in the exact same place as where I get pain now.”
Post-Regression - “Since the session my migraines have completely cleared. I used to take 4 tablets a week however I haven't had the need to take any medication since. It's really been a life changing moment as the looming dread, physical and emotional pain of having migraine is all gone. I never would have thought twice that there was a link between my migraines and a past life, you just don't think about such things. Who would have thought an incident with a coconut could have such dire consequences.
It's onwards and upwards as there is nothing to stop me now in my professional and personal life. I feel a great sense of relief and a weight lifted of my shoulders. I just wish I had done this 20 years ago but I'm glad it's all finally put to rest”.

As seen in Chat Magazine - “I overcame life-long Rhinitis, breathing problems and my fear of water in one session where I remembered being drowned by an obsessed lover in past-life. I can now breathe properly for the first time and have finally embraced swimming at the age of 42”
Background - “I had suffered from Rhinitis (a blocked up nose and laboured breathing) since childhood. Only diagnosed medically a few years ago the doctors put it down to dust and pollen allergy who prescribed medication however it offered no long term solution or cure.
I have always suffered with low energy which I believe is because I wasn't getting enough oxygen to my lungs. I also felt like I had a permanent cold which was debilitating and caused me to have a low mood”. The main symptoms are a blocked nose and laboured breathing. I have always breathed through my mouth from an early age. It was especially awkward when going to the dentists as while trying to work on my mouth it was hard to breathe. As a child I was always susceptible to chest infections which had no real explanation
I've also had a life-long fear of water. When I was four, I remember screaming for no apparent reason in a swimming pool with my mum. A feeling of discomfort and anxiety of being in swimming pools or even the sea has always plagued my life, I just couldn't explain why?”. Who would have thought that I was drowned by the hands of an obsessed man in a past-life in the 1950's.
My partner loves to dive but I'm unable to take part, it's frustrating that there are things we can't experience together due to my fear. I always felt left out on holidays as had to sit out in water activities. On a trip to Goa in India where we visited a beautiful waterfall, everyone was swimming in the lake around the fall while I sat alone on the rock feeling uncomfortable and pretty left out. It's looked so inviting but I couldn't take that leap"
The Regression - “I remembered the life of Becky, a young women in her 20's during the 1950's. Sick of her job in a bakery where she was over-worked and felt trapped, she decided to leave and hit the road to the coast. She befriended a man who soon became controlling and overbearing that they end up fighting when she wants to move on. He becomes angry pushing her onto the sand and shouting you 'You must obey and cannot leave, you are mine'. He begins to push her head under water and back out while laughing his head off, grabbing her hair with force with each dunk into the shallow sea water. Becky panicked unable to catch her breathe, the lungs fill with water and her body begins to feel tired. And she then dies”.
Post-Regression - “Immediately after the Regression session, I noticed my breathing improved as soon as I got outside. It felt so much clearer and I could finally breathe though my nose. It was like a huge internal block had been removed.
I never realized just how debilitating my condition was until the symptoms went! I believe because I wasn't getting enough oxygen to my lungs, this is the reason my energy levels were also depleted as I feel more energetic recently. It's also very liberating to not feel like I have a permanent cold as before, my nose was continuously blocked up or runny. I have been going on more walks recently, one, because I have more energy and also because it's so nice to breathe in the air now. I also used to get very low moods because my breathing but now I'm feeling much more upbeat too.
It also feels liberating not to be chained down to the constant fear of deep water. It was always playing on my mind and it now feels like a huge weight lifted off my shoulders. Now, although I can only kick around a bit, I can actually understand why people like swimming! Now, I feel a new positivity towards being in a pool or the sea and look upon it as a pleasurable activity rather than something to dread
This experience has given me the opportunity to enjoy something as simple as swimming to enjoy alone as well with those close to me. To fully enjoy my holidays. But more importantly it has shed light on a health issue that has always bugged me. It's changed my life. I feel free”
